Schälsick Bar and Terrace
Our in-house pub is a popular meeting place for Cologne locals and guests from all over the world. Fresh draught Kölsch or Pils beer with tasty snacks or hearty meals - the Schälsick is the place for Gemütlichkeit (comfortableness). In the summer there is a beer garden on the terrace.

Be inspired by the professional expertise of our bar manager and surprise your guests at home with new ideas! Participants learn how to mix traditional and trendy cocktails, what ingredients you should always have at home and what tools you need to create an unforgettable cocktail experience.
Duration: 5 hours
Price: 69 Euro per person including all necessary ingredients and equipment as well as a cocktail tasting and accompanying bar snacks.
Hours: Monday to Saturday - 5:00 pm to 1:00 am

New Year's Eve 2009
For those who like it more informal, the "Schälsick Bar" is open from 9:00pm (reservations are required). Enjoy savoury snacks, a special menu, and a luxurious range of cocktails, whiskeys and cigars accompanied by music played by our DJ from 10:30pm. The entrance fee is €35 per person, including a glass of champagne at midnight.

Dancing will no longer take place in dark halls during summer time: we offer Salsa classes open air – Cologne’s only al fresco dancing class! With a professional teacher guests can shake a leg weekly and directly at the banks of the river Rhine while enjoying romantic sun downs and unique views of the Old town and the world-famous Cathedral.
