Glashaus
Offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee with a wide selection of cakes or an evening meal and located directly underneath the glass Atrium Lobby, the Glashaus offers a unique panorama of the old part of the city, the cathedral and the Rhine River.
See and enjoy Cologne from its best perspective - from your seat in the Glashaus. Here, for instance, we can serve you light meals and special drinks. Furnished in a casually elegant style, with soft piano music in the background, lush greenery and cascading water fountains.

Experience our unique Graugans event salon! With its variety of attractive possibilities in a modular system, you can create yourself and your guests your very individual event! We offer lasting memories for up to 200 persons and focus on socializing, innovation and ultimate culinary delights!
Be it sushi, cocktails, pralinés, cheese & port, red wine & chocolate, pasta or crustaceans – all our culinary suggestions can be offered as live stations or as cooking classes (exclusively or a choice of many)!

New Year's Eve
Enjoy the New Year with the "Hyatt Gourmet Festival". Treat yourself to a spectacular gala dinner buffet at the restaurant "Glashaus", in our "Graugans Event Salon" and the "Library".
At 7:30pm, we welcome you with an aperitif before treating you to a spectacular gala dinner buffet at the restaurant "Glashaus", in our "Graugans Event Salon" and the "Library". Stroll among such delights as fresh lobsters, oysters, crustaceans and shellfish, caviar, halibut, deer, wild boar, veal, US Beef, pigeons, black spring chicken, winter truffles and French raw milk cheese – all accompanied by charming dinner music. Then, ring in the New Year while watching the spectacular fireworks set against the backdrop of Cologne Cathedral!
Afterwards, you can enjoy the music played by our DJ in the relaxed and sociable atmosphere of the "Schälsick Bar" and the heated tent on the terrace. The "Hyatt Gourmet Festival" is priced at €235 per person, including aperitifs, champagne and midnight snacks.

Classic St. Martin's Day Goose
Enjoy the popular, traditional German classic for the Christmas season at the restaurant "Glashaus". From 11 to 22 November, we will serve an exclusive four-course St. Martins Day goose menu every evening, priced at €59 per person (with prior reservations only). Alternatively, you are most welcome to pick up a stuffed goose to take home; for a total of €135, you can celebrate with all your loved ones at home and enjoy this delicious dish (4-6 people).

Every Sunday during Advent and Christmas, we will treat you to a champagne brunch at the restaurant "Glashaus", priced at €59 per person, including a glass of champagne.
