Graugans
Before the opening of the Hyatt Regency Cologne, a lot of thought went into the concept of Graugans, the gourmet restaurant at Hyatt Regency Cologne. It needed to incorporate modern German cuisine, yet be unique and set new trends. The result was a combination of Asian dishes with German cuisine, offering our Chef de Cuisine the possibility of creating a variety of unusual dishes.
When composing the extensive wine list, again the concept of the restaurant was incorporated. Not only well-known and famous wines made their way onto the list, but also the less known yet fantastic wines of smaller, private wineries. The presentation also includes Californian, German, French and Italian wines.
The biggest reward that Graugans has received so far was when the renowned Gault & Millaut Restaurant Guide awarded the restaurant 15 out of 20 points.
Hours: Tuesday to Saturday - 6.30 pm to 10.00 pm
Sunday and Monday - Closed

Graugans Chef de Cuisine and his team regularly offer Euro-Asian cooking classes for keen cooks. These classes are also a very popular present for friends and relatives! Click here for more details.

Glashaus
Offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee with a wide selection of cakes or an evening meal and located directly underneath the glass Atrium Lobby, the Glashaus offers a unique panorama of the old part of the city, the cathedral and the Rhine River.
